Service approach: stable cross-border access
VPNRH offers subscriptions covering 120+ countries and 170+ routes for accessing international websites, connecting to AI tools, and using streaming services. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Accounts require only a username and password—no email address needed.
Operating principle: diagnose the route first, then resolve the issue
Choose routes based on how you use them: for stable, long-running connections, check dedicated or relay routes first; for everyday browsing, switch between international routes based on your location. If a connection fails, update your subscription first, then switch routes and check the client’s proxy mode. If the issue persists, follow the troubleshooting guide step by step or submit a ticket through the user panel. We do not promise speed or availability figures that cannot be verified.
Privacy approach: no logs and minimal data collection
VPNRH follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing content. The service processes only the information needed to maintain accounts, subscriptions, payment status, and troubleshooting, while limiting how that information is used. When submitting a ticket, include the client platform, error message, route type, and time the issue occurred, and avoid attaching private content unrelated to troubleshooting.
