These Terms of Service apply to the cross-border networking and subscription services provided by VPNRH. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using the relevant services. You should determine whether the service is suitable based on your location, access purpose, and actual network conditions.

Service Content and Scope

VPNRH provides networking services covering 120+ countries and 170+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Available routes, protocols, and client access points are determined by the information shown in the user panel at that time. Some websites, applications, or content platforms may offer different content based on exit location, account region, and their own policies; this service makes no promises about the content available on third-party platforms.

VPNRH may adjust route configurations based on maintenance, network quality, security risks, or changes to upstream resources. These adjustments may include replacing access points, pausing some routes, or changing connection methods, but will not alter the basic usage rights of an active subscription.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. You must protect your login credentials, subscription links, and connection information shown in the panel, and are responsible for activity under your account. Account credentials and subscription links are for the registered user only and must not be publicly posted, sold, rented, transferred, or provided to others.

An active subscription supports unlimited devices online at the same time, allowing you to connect devices that you manage and authorize for personal use. Unlimited devices does not mean that routes may be resold, subscriptions split, or the service provided to others as public access. If unusual distribution, bulk sharing, or activity affecting normal route operation is detected, VPNRH may limit the relevant connections and require a security check.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. You should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and payment details before placing an order.

Lawful Use Requirements

When using VPNRH, you must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your location and in the region where the service is accessed, as well as the service rules of third-party websites and applications. You must not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network facilities, access systems without authorization, or perform actions that could cause routes to be blocked or resources to be consumed abnormally.

You must not attempt to compromise the service's authentication, billing, route management, or security mechanisms, nor use automation to create accounts in bulk, probe system interfaces, or interfere with other users' normal connections. Upon receiving a valid compliance request or identifying a clear risk, VPNRH may take necessary measures, including limiting access, suspending routes, or terminating an account.

Service Availability and Liability

Network connections may be affected by your local carrier, device settings, international links, third-party platform policies, and route maintenance. VPNRH will maintain and adjust the service based on operating conditions, but does not guarantee that any route, region, or third-party platform will be reachable at all times or in every network environment.

Connection interruptions, unavailable content, or account restrictions caused by force majeure, public network failures, your device configuration, changes to third-party services, or your violation of these terms do not constitute a contractual promise by VPNRH regarding a specific access result. You should save important data yourself and record your existing configuration before changing proxy, DNS, or system network settings.

Refunds and Account Termination

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the relevant account and order can be verified. Payment processing times may be affected by the processing procedures of Alipay, WeChat, or the applicable USDT channel.

You may stop renewing your subscription. If an account involves credential resale, public distribution of subscriptions, unlawful use, malicious service interference, billing evasion, or continued disruption of other users' connections, VPNRH may suspend or terminate the account. Before or after taking restrictive measures, VPNRH may display necessary information through the user panel; where a security risk is involved, connections may be restricted first.

Changes to These Terms and Other Provisions

VPNRH may update these terms based on service content, route conditions, compliance requirements, or feature changes. Updated terms will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed. Continued use of the service after an update means that you accept the revised content; if you do not accept it, stop using the service and submit a request if you meet the refund conditions.

These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the basic agreement governing your use of VPNRH. If any provision cannot be enforced under applicable rules, the remaining provisions remain valid. For issues involving an account, order, or connection, submit a ticket through the user panel with the necessary order and troubleshooting information.
