Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how VPNRH handles relevant data when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. By using the website, user panel, or service features, users confirm that they have read this policy. VPNRH processes data only as needed to provide services, protect account security, complete orders, handle support requests, and meet necessary obligations. Data is not used for identification or profiling unrelated to these purposes.

Scope and Processing Principles

This policy applies to the VPNRH marketing website, user panel, subscription management, network connections, and ticket support. Data processing follows the principles of clear purpose, necessity, and limited retention. Different features require different data; when a feature is not used, related data is generally not generated.

No email address is required to create an account. A username and password are sufficient. VPNRH therefore does not require an email address as a condition of account creation or request one for marketing purposes. Users should protect their login credentials and avoid sharing account information with others.

Data Collected and How It Is Used

Account data includes the username submitted by the user, information used to verify login, and account status. This data identifies the account, provides access to the user panel, synchronizes subscription status, and supports security incident handling. Passwords are processed in a protected verification format and are not provided as readable plain text to routine operations staff.

Order data includes the selected plan, amount, payment channel, order status, creation and completion records, and related information needed for refunds. It is used to confirm service entitlements, reconcile transactions, and handle disputes and refunds. The system also processes total traffic usage and reset status to apply monthly subscription or data package rules, but these statistics do not include the content of websites visited by users.

Website analytics may include page views, referring pages, browser type, device category, and necessary request information. This data helps determine whether pages work properly, identify errors, and improve content structure. Analytics are used for operational analysis and not to build profiles of users’ browsing interests.

No-Logs Position and Connection Data

VPNRH does not record which websites users visit, retain web page content, search queries, or in-app transmission content, and does not operate by selling browsing behavior data. Total traffic usage and account entitlement records required to run the service are not records of browsing content.

Network requests may be processed briefly by infrastructure during transmission and troubleshooting. Such technical information is used only to maintain connections, prevent service abuse, and locate operational faults; it is not used to create a long-term history of user access. If a user submits a ticket with diagnostic materials, those materials are used only to handle the issue and are deleted or de-identified from the support process once the issue is resolved and they are no longer needed.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary session identifiers, and security settings. This data maintains selected features and prevents users from repeating settings when moving between pages. Disabling necessary storage may prevent login status from being retained or cause some panel features to work incorrectly.

Users can view and clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, saved language preferences and login status may need to be selected or verified again. VPNRH does not use local storage to save a list of websites visited by users.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

VPNRH supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or settlement network, which receives the data necessary to complete a transaction under its own rules. VPNRH does not control independent data processing by third parties; users should also read the privacy information provided by the relevant channel before making a payment.

VPNRH retains only transaction results and related records needed to confirm orders, activate entitlements, reconcile accounts, and process refunds. Complete payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment channel and should not be submitted through ordinary tickets or page text. In a payment dispute, necessary order information may be provided to the relevant channel within the scope required to resolve the dispute.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account information is generally retained until the account is deleted or the service relationship ends. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Analytics and troubleshooting materials are retained only for the shortest period needed to complete analysis or investigation. Once their purpose has ended, relevant data is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.

Users can sign in to the user panel and use the ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. To prevent action by someone else, VPNRH may first verify control of the current account. If some order records cannot yet be deleted because of transaction reconciliation or applicable obligations, the result will be explained in the ticket; their use will be limited to the relevant purpose.

This policy may be updated when service features, data processing practices, or applicable rules change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised. Changes that materially affect data processing may also be announced through the user panel. Users should review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
