Accounts & Subscriptions

Handle registration, subscription access, subscription updates, and device changes. The subscription link is the entry point clients use to load the route list, so keep it only in your own user panel and clients.

Do I need an email address to register for VPNRH?
No. VPNRH lets you register with a username and password, with no email address required. Choose a username that is easy to recognize but not shared with another service, and store your password securely. After registration, open the user panel to choose a plan, access the client, and view subscription details. If you forget your login credentials and cannot recover them yourself, use the ticket entry in the user panel to provide your account details for support verification.
Where can I get the subscription link after purchasing a plan?
After signing in to the user panel, view your current subscription in Account Overview or the client access area, then open the client page for your platform. The subscription link lets the client load the route list and should not be posted publicly or forwarded to anyone else. This site's marketing pages do not provide static installers or live subscription addresses; clients and subscription details are delivered through the user panel.
How should I update my subscription link?
First find the current subscription in your client and run its update or refresh action, then wait for the route list to reload. If the update fails, confirm that the subscription is still active, copy the current link shown in the user panel, and import it again. Do not repeatedly edit the link in an old configuration or combine multiple subscriptions with the same name. If you are unsure, remove the inactive entry and import it again from the user panel.
Do I need to buy another plan when I change devices?
No separate purchase is needed when you change devices. VPNRH supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with no limit on the number of devices online at the same time. Sign in to the user panel on the new device, get the matching client and subscription, and import them. When you stop using the old device, delete its saved subscription details to avoid leaving the configuration on an idle device.

Connections & Troubleshooting

Connection issues can involve the local network, client status, system proxy, or a specific app. Working through these checks in order reduces unnecessary reinstalls and helps support locate the issue faster.

What should I check first if the client cannot connect at all?
First confirm that the plan is active and that your local network can access websites normally. Then update the subscription and switch to another route. Check whether the client has enabled the system proxy or tunnel mode and whether the system has granted the required network permissions. If no route connects, restart the client and import the subscription again. If the issue persists, submit a ticket with your platform, the message shown in the client, the selected route type, and the checks you have completed.
What should I do if it says connected but websites will not open?
Separate route connectivity from system traffic forwarding. Open other websites first to see whether only a specific site is affected. Then check whether the client's system proxy is enabled, whether proxy mode covers the browser, and whether the browser has retained an old network state. Switch routes and reopen the browser. If access still fails, check the DNS settings or use the default configuration recommended by the client, and avoid letting multiple network tools control traffic at once.
Why is a particular app not using the proxy?
First confirm that the app is covered by the current proxy mode. Rule mode may send some traffic directly, while global mode or tunnel mode usually covers more traffic, depending on platform permissions and client settings. Close the app, switch modes, reopen it, and check whether the exit route changes. If only this app is affected, check whether it uses independent network settings. Do not run multiple tools that modify the system proxy, as their rules may override one another.
What should I do if the connection drops when a mobile app goes into the background?
Confirm that the system allows the client to maintain a network connection in the background, and disable battery-saving restrictions for it. Some systems pause network processes when the screen is locked or an app stays in the background for a long time. Allow background activity and keep the VPN configuration enabled. If it does not reconnect when brought to the foreground, disconnect and reconnect manually or switch routes. If this happens often, record the platform, system state, and client message before submitting a ticket.

Speed & Routes

Route performance is affected by the entry network, cross-border path, exit region, and target service. Compare the complete usage experience when choosing a route rather than judging only the moment of connection.

IEPL Designed for sustained connections and peak-hour path stability.
Relay Uses an intermediary to adjust the path between entry and exit.
Direct Uses a more direct path and depends more on current network conditions.
How should I choose a route when speeds slow down during peak hours?
During peak hours, switch routes before reinstalling the client repeatedly. Try other routes in the same region first, then compare the actual performance of IEPL, relay, and direct routes. A shorter distance does not always mean a more stable current path; the entry network and the region hosting the target service also matter. Before streaming or downloading, settle on a stable route to avoid interrupting the session with frequent switches.
What is the difference between IEPL, relay, and direct routes?
IEPL focuses on a stable structure for cross-border paths and suits tasks that require sustained connections and better peak-hour performance. Relay routes use an intermediary to adjust the path between the entry and exit points, which can help in specific network conditions. Direct routes take a more straightforward path, but their performance depends more on the local network and cross-border path. Choose based on availability on your current network rather than the route name alone.
How do I choose the right country, region, and route?
For ordinary international websites, start with a nearby region that offers a stable connection. For streaming or online services with regional requirements, choose an exit location that matches the content region. VPNRH covers 120+ countries / 170+ routes, so you can try different route types within the same target region. Keep one route for a complete session, then judge it by connection quality, loading, and continuity rather than its name alone.
How should I troubleshoot repeated disconnections in AI tools or streaming apps?
AI chats, code completion, and streaming all rely on a sustained connection. Update the subscription, settle on a working route, and avoid changing the exit location mid-session. If only one service is affected, try another route in the same region, reopen the relevant website or app, and clear its old session state. Also confirm that plan traffic is still available, the local network is not switching repeatedly, and the client has not been paused by the system.

Billing & Refunds

Monthly plans reset on the activation date, while data packages remain available until used. Before submitting an order, verify the plan type, traffic allowance, current account status, and the information shown on the payment page.

MONTHLY ¥9.9/month with 60GB · ¥18/month with 250GB · ¥28/month with 500GB

Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrade differences are converted into remaining days.

TRAFFIC PACK ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB

Valid until used; never expires.

What monthly plans are available, and when does traffic reset?
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date rather than being cleared on the first day of each calendar month. Choose based on your actual needs, such as everyday browsing, sustained development connections, or streaming. All plans include access to 120+ countries / 170+ routes and support Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with no limit on simultaneous devices.
How do data packages differ from monthly plans?
Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Monthly plans reset traffic each month on the activation date and suit ongoing, relatively consistent use. Data packages are better for irregular usage when you prefer to consume a fixed total allowance. Before purchasing, confirm the plan type already on your account so monthly and non-expiring traffic are not confused.
How is a mid-cycle plan upgrade calculated, and which payment methods are supported?
For a mid-cycle monthly-plan upgrade, the price difference is converted into the remaining number of days; the user panel's order confirmation is authoritative. Check the target plan, remaining account status, and final amount shown before paying. VPNRH supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. If the account status does not update correctly after payment, do not submit the same order again. Keep the payment record and explain the issue in a ticket.
How do I request a refund?
VPNRH offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area, choose a billing- or refund-related issue type, and provide the relevant order and request details. Before submitting, confirm the plan and order status on your account and keep the payment record. Support will review the request under the refund policy. Do not create duplicate tickets with the same content while it is being processed.
